RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with GCap Media plc's ("GCap Media") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.hit40uk.com) apply to ‘Sky One Hairspray’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 24th August to 31st August 2008 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Show" is Hit 40 UK.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition
To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the [word “HAIRSPRAY” and your answer to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The Text Message Line will open when Lucio (The presenter) opens the competition and close when Lucio closes the competition.
1.2 Entrants will need to text the correct answer to the competition and one correct answer will be selected at random to win, the winner must be avaliblie to come to air to confirm their correct answer.
1.3 The winner will be telephoned to tell them if they have won.
