With massive hits under their belt including 'Run', 'Chasing Cars' and Signal Fire', the band are back with a new track taken from their forthcoming album.
Snow Patrol was formed in 1994 by lead singer Gary Lightbody and Mark McClellenad , while at university in Dundee. The band was originally known as " Shrug ", later changing their name to 'Polarbear'.
Snow Patrol are best know for the biggest selling hit, ' Chasing Cars ' which was the 14th biggest song of 2006. ' Take Back the City ' follows the band's previous single, ' Signal Fire ' which was a number four hit, the song was written for the movie ' Spider-Man 3 '.
