If you think the Daily Mail being after you is bad enough, then watch out - a whole country is getting ready to ban you!
A political bill has been raised in Russia which would make emo websites hard to access, and ban emo & goth outfits in schools and government buildings. Aiming to correct 'negative youth movements' and discourage bisexuality, this outrageous bill is making out that it's necessary in order to return public correctness. Halloween and Valentines Day would both be banned for being inappropriate and toys in the shape of monsters or skeletons are claimed to be 'provoking aggression'.
According to the dude behind this bill, all emo's "dream to die in a bathroom after cutting one's veins in the wrist area". We certainly don't think this everytime we bounce up and down to Fall Out Boy's 'Dance Dance' - do you?

What does it have to do with anyone whether someone dresses or acts a certain way? Or listens to a certain type of music? People should leave people alone and let them wear and listen to what they want. What does it have to do with everyone else?! And people need to stop with the stereotypes, they're getting old now. emo is a type of music and has grow into clothes and other things, there is no connection between 'negative youth movements' and goths + emos!!!!! in fact gothic and emo music helps many people get their feelings out and express themselves!!!! so it therefore causes less 'negative youth movements', were as the people who are suggesting such a stupid bill, are in fact the people causing the 'negative youth movements', they are trying to stop!!! and FYI emos + goths do not cut themselves or want to die!!!! it is only people who don't truly understand the music or the cloths or other things, who do that, and they usually are doing it only for the attention, because if they wanted to die they would!!! so why not listen to their cry s for help, instead of passing the blame? therefore the Russians shouldn't be banning these sites or the music or clothes, but should be dealing with the problem at hand - wannabe, attention seeking teenagers who need mental help, and will find other outlets once you take away this one, STOP PASSING THE BLAME AND FACE FACTS!!!

tbh i think this is stupid. if they ban steriotypical 'emos' why don't they also ban 'chavs'. we get told not to "label" people, so why are the politicians in Russia steriotyping the youths? People should have the right to dress how they want + do what the want. :) The whole 'bisexuality' is silly aswell, not all 'emos' are bi, and people can't help their sexuality.

First off why is there a picture of the band My Chemical Romance on here. They aren't emo they are just an awesome rockband who like to be reconised by wearing dark outfits..
