Are The Killers Going Disco?
The Killers have done well to hold their place as one of the best rock bands in the world at the moment. They're headlining Reading and Leeds this year and we don't think we'll ever go indie disco dancing without Mr Brightside being the song that sends everyone mental.
So today we're pretty excited to hear that Stuart Price is going to be the producer of their 3rd studio album. Stuart is also known as The Thin White Duke or Jacques Le Cont and you might have heard his epic remix of Mr Brightside back in the day. He was also famously the producer of Madonna's Confession On A Dancefloor .
So does this mean the Killers are going disco? They've always had a taste for the theatrical and they're told people that Stuart is helping them make sounds they didn't even know existed. We're hoping for big, epic songs - recording takes place in June. Hooray!
